This program is a part of the project "Safe Travels" implemented by the Russian Association of Tour Operators. The main objective of the program is to ensure that citizens who have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 and have recovered do not need to isolate in a hospital anymore. To do this, the application sends SMS messages to patients asking them to confirm that they are still in quarantine.
In case the patient does not respond to the messages, the application warns the city's services about a possible violation of the isolation protocol.
The program is designed for patients with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 and citizens in contact with them.
